Repair and reconstruction of municipal facilities from other LGUs are still ongoing. 138out of the 309 RAY:DILG projects are assessed to be completed by December 2014, while rest of the projects will be completed in 2015.

The rehabilitated municipal halls are now totally operational and beneficial to the employees and constituents after it was immobilized by the typhoon. The public markets which were heavily damaged are now useful to market vendors. Restored civic centers can already accommodate recreational activities of the affected municipalities. The local government services, business and socio-cultural activities are back to normalcy after the completion of the projects.

The provinces which were heavily affected by Super Typhoon Yolanda and beneficiaries of the RAY:DILG Fund are Palawan, Masbate, Aklan, Antique, Capiz, Iloilo, Negros Occidental, Cebu, Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte and Samar.
